Formed in 1928. The Wrecking Crew 45 members have the important responsibility in providing for the portion of the initiation ceremony commonly known as the “Second Section.” They construct, install, and operate the many clever devices that assist worthy candidates in the traditional journey across the “hot sands.”
The ingenuity, resourcefulness and skill of the Wrecking Crew makes them a valuable adjunct of the Shrine Center activities.
The Wrecking Crew Supports the Sacramento Northern California Shrine Hospital, attends all Shrine Center Command events and stages social functions throughout the year for its members and guest.
The Wrecking Crew meets the first (1st) Monday of every month except for June, July and August. Location: Cabrillo Civic Club 4605 Karbet Way, Sacramento, CA. 95822 6 Pm Beverages 7 Pm Meeting
Summer Meetings: June, same hours, in Sacramento or Yuba City July, same hours in Sacramento Shrine Center Picnic Grounds August, same hours in Stockton
