for Shriners Childrens Hospital Sacramento...ONLY
(Must be 18 or older)
Shriners Support Needed
Ben Ali Shriner work over 700 hours each month at the Shriners
Childrens Hospital, Sacramento. The Transportation group are always
looking for volunteer from Sacramento, Redding, Chico, Yuba City,

Sewing
Helpers Needed
An opportunity for
individuals and groups to sew items needed by the hospital. Work can
be done at home. Contact Volunteer Services at the phone number above
for the sewing list.
Pianists
Needed
Artists-in-Residence:
The hospital is seeking pianists who could volunteer their time to
perform in the Atrium during the business day and at special events
on evenings and weekends. Pianists should be able to perform a
variety of selections - classical, pop, jazz and enjoy providing
background music.

We consistently
need additional Hospital Tour Guides. We have tours weekdays and
weekends. You will be trained by the best and most knowledgeable tour guides.

Artists in Residence/Entertainer

Creative people
are needed to provide arts and crafts activities to children in our
clinic waiting room. Must be able to develop and organize
activities. This is an opportunity to showcase your talents to
a very special population.

Pet Therapy |
The program is
looking for bunnies to add to the pet therapy program. Anyone
interested in the program may observe. For more information,

Therapeutic Recreation Child life |
We need
people to assist staff in running the central activity area.
Volunteers should be interested in recreation and enjoy interacting
with children of a variety of ages and abilities. "Current need is
for weekday volunteers to cover 1-5 PM shifts." For information
